fall in its infancy

Infancy of fall calls for last minute camp outs, so that's exactly what I did. I kissed my nonexistent summer goodbye and finally went out and breathed in the deep crisp autumn air. Fall is my most favorite time of year so I really hope to get out in it and squeeze every good thing it has to offer before it's gone !

I don't see these babies very often so I snatched one of the last two left in the store woo woo ..score !! (don't worry I shared with my roomie Emily & Keithy)

These lil cakes remind me of sunny afternoons with my dad & Kolob trips with Grandpa Sullivan If you see them in stores let me know !!

what a week ..

the week in short form .....

eyes.lips.eyes & the fictionist concert on top of the jet blue garage. Lone Star fish tacos mmm.

my first time up to ensign peak. got a job at high life salon downtown.

stayed up late with the best of friends. ate at some of my favorite places.

temple visit. Joseph Smith movie & church history museum. daily walks at memory grove park. visited old friends. founds some cute finds at dI & pibs. Cleaned my new apartment..

woo woo what a week ..I'm not sure if slc can handle me yet ..

contemporary dance

My experience in being apart of the St. George Contemporary Dance Concert was such a blessing, I met such amazingly talented & kind people.

Suprisingly I felt so comfortable on stage & wished the performance never ended.

This concert gave me such a sense of purpose and healing too. Trina choreographed me a solo spot in her Alone In the Crowd routine where she wanted me to go to that place of numbness & feeling immovable we both had experienced after the passing of our Fathers.

So I danced for my Dad..words can't express how I felt as I tapped into those emotions and invoked them through movement !

Thank you to my sister Shawna, my Moo Moo & Keith for coming out and supporting my dancing.. It had been such along time since I had performed so thank you, knowing you were out there watching made it even sweeter !!

Summer Roberts knows how to put on a great show and I hope to be invited to do the concert again next year ...ooo maybe with my own choreographed piece !

da' bees

Honestly one of the best baseball games I've ever been to .. Bee's vs Fresno Grizzlies

even though the Bee's lost 6-5 .. it was a pretty exciting game with a tie & overtimes
The best part of the entire night was the chicago dog & Fireworks.. hands down the best firework show I've ever seen.
